- Includes 15 point inspection and basic cleaning.
- Filter and parts are extra if needed.
- If blower needs to be removed & cleaned it is an extra charge per hour
A/C OR HEAT PUMP SERVICE
$ 150 +GST
- Includes 12 point inspection and furnace filter check.
- Refrigerant, filter and parts are extra if needed.
- Coil cleaning if needed is extra. Price depends on accessibility to a/c coils.
MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
FURNACE PACKAGE
$ 260 +GST
- 2 year includes 2 furnace services, 2 filters if needed.
- This package also includes a $95/hr rate on repairs and a 20% discount on parts as long as the package is valid
- Package expires once last service has been performed
- Additional years $130/yr
A/C OR HEAT PUMP PACKAGE
$ 260 +GST
- 2 year includes 2 A/C or H/P services, 2 filters if needed.
- This package also includes a $95/hr rate on repairs and a 20% discount on parts as long as the package is valid.
- Package expires once last service has been performed.
- Additional years $130/yr.
COMBO PACKAGE
$ 480 +GST
- 2 year includes 2 furnace services, 2 A/C or H/P services and 4 filters.
- This package also includes a $95/hr rate on repairs and a 20% discount on parts as long as the package is valid.
- Package expires once last service has been performed.
