After that was resolved they were top notch, very responsive and expeditious.  Their installation crew showed up precisely at the scheduled time, were personable, professional, testing the new furnace 100% before cleaning up and leaving my residence. Much more than I can say for 4 of Adlem's larger local competitors, ...who ghosted me after visits to my residence and/or failed to provide quotes nor contact me to state they could not quote on my furnace replacement. Those competitors deserve to be named/shamed: Milani, Wightman's, Comfort Tech and Kimco shame on the lot of you for absolutely dismal customer service. We were very impressed and satisfied with them then and again recently when our furnace fan burned out during a hot spell.  They were quick to return our evening call and had someone here in short order the following work day to fix it.  Thanks for your courteous, honest and professional work!
